Čemažar: Silverware of the companies are employees
Matjaž Čemažar, Domel's CEO, is betting on investing in employee competencies and company values, innovation and continuous improvement, long-term partnerships and sustainable orientation, and 65,000 euros of added value per employee in 2027, he told at the MQ Knowledge event.
Domel is a bright exception among large Slovenian companies, as it operates in the thinking phase of development (most of the large ones are in learning), showed the fourth MAS survey on sustainable leadership, which we presented at the event.
