Include.All Award for 2020 goes to Ljubljanske mlekarne
MAS Section of Women Managers awarded the Include.All 2020 Award to Ljubljanske mlekarne for their successful diversity management, a balanced management structure and successful business results. »This is an award for all 620 employees, because each of them deserves it. It is special for us also because it embodies our culture and way of working. It rewards our balance and diversity,« said Ljubljanske mlekarne director Tomaž Žnidarič upon receipt.
The majority of Ljubljanske mlekarne employees are men, while in the core management as many as 73 percent are women. The company has increased profits by 27 percent and return on capital by 16 percent in the past three years.
