"Coronavirus crisis management has laid the foundations for a new, hybrid leadership - one that focuses on results and not on the time employees spend in the office. And in this way of leadership, trust, good communication, effective networking of different teams and services are key within the company and the appropriate empowerment of employees," MAS president Medeja Lončar wrote for Slovenian daily newspaper Dnevnik.
