Emil Tedeschi at the MQ Conference: My focus is on people
"I can't tell you anything smart or new about leadership. It's just that my focus is on people," impressed us with his words Emil Tedeschi, founder, majority owner and president of Atlantic Grupa at the June MQ Conference. He believes no one, not even himself, is bigger than the company.
"It's important for managers to gather around a team of people who are better than themselves, strong individuals who can ennoble us, equip us with new knowledge and views, give us what we don't have ourselves." He points out that trophies are always won by teams, not individuals.
