    _{Foreign managers' summer picnic, August 2008}

There are already quite a lot of foreign managers living and working in Slovenia and they come together to face challenges similar to the ones their Slovenian colleagues deal with. However, their knowledge and experience in the Slovenian business environment is essentially different and - at least at the beginning - makes things generally more difficult. One of the founding principles of the Section of Foreign Managers is to increase the flow of information and to strengthen both the connections between international managers working in Slovenia and also their ties with Slovenian managers. It is in this spirit that we conduct all our activities.
