Observatory 2021: An action plan for higher productivity may also be an urgently needed pension reform
The action plan for higher productivity growth is a good foundation for concluding a social agreement on what is good for us and our development in the long run, for ensuring social well-being, said Medeja Lončar, president of MAS, at the e-event Observatory 2021.
The coordinator of this plan and the president of the MAS Observatory dr. Dušan Mramor added that the implemented action plan could also be a pension reform, which is necessary, as Slovenia's biggest problem is aging. Minister of Economic Development Zdravko Počivalšek emphasized that the government had already taken two measures from the action plan - debureaucratization and more efficient state property management.
